Great deal! We ordered a C1 visa for 60 days with the option to extend it for another 60 days. There's no way to obtain such a visa on your own. Excellent communication, quick turnaround. I highly recommend it!

The elevators are only working sometimes. If you go there by taxi then the taxi driver gets charged a parking fee, same with pickup so not custumor friendly! Get drop-off & pick-up from the main road.

We can't lie that we were a little afraid when we started this process, but because of a mistake we did, we did not have a visa for my wife which is Paraguayan and we're in serious risk of not going to Bali and lose all of our pre-booked hotels.
